The present and problems of traditional civilization teaching in social teaching

1. The scope of social institutions for traditional civilization teaching
In March 2014, the State Education Department formulated and issued the “Perfect China Excellent Traditional Civilization Teaching Guiding Guiding Guiding Guiding Guiding Guiding Guiding Guiding” (hereinafter referred to as “Guoyao”). The “Nei Yao” points out that to strengthen the excellent traditional civilization teaching of China, we must adhere to the combination of school teaching, family teaching and social teaching. The characteristics of “the openness of activities, the diversity of emotions, the social nature of supplies, and the widespreadness of objects” have made social teaching a form of teaching that has a deep and durable impact on people’s lives, and become an integral part of individuals and social development.
The development of modern society is getting faster and faster, and the rate of knowledge changing to new data is getting faster and faster. A person only has the most basic knowledge learned in school for more than ten years, which lacks the task and growth of his whole life. Especially for adults, after leaving school, they do not have complete time to learn in the system, and they also need to use various useful and suitable ways to receive social teaching. This can not only continuously perfect individual knowledge structure, but also provide more optimized talents for social development. It is also a useful way to inherit excellent traditional civilization. “In recent years, a number of civilized programs such as Hanzi Listening and Writing Association, Adults and Dictionary Association have shown the essence of Chinese civilization from the side of differences, elevating the spread and inheritance of traditional civilization to the height of all civilized participation, and giving people wealth Enjoy knowledge and beauty. These programs are welcomed by the public, showing that the public is eager to have a high demand for excellent traditional civilization. “[1]] Public civilization institutions, network media, community organizations and training institutions are all useful functions for the development of traditional civilization teaching (see Table 1).
(I) Public Civilization Institution
The Opinions on Implementing the China Excellent Traditional Civilization Inheritance and Development Project” issued and implemented on January 25, 2017 clearly stated that it is necessary to “sufficiently release books, civilizations, museums, and group art galleries.The influence of public civilization institutions such as art museums in the inheritance and development of China’s excellent traditional civilization. “Article 51 of the “Teaching Law of the People’s Republic of China” revised for the second time on December 27, 2015 stipulates: “Social public civilized sports facilities such as books, museums, science and technology museums, civilization museums, art museums, sports museums (fields), as well as historical civilization ancient and reactionary memorial halls (places), should be treated with favorable practices for teachers and students, and provide convenience for the instructors to receive teaching. “Civilized business facilities are a part of the country’s basic public service system and a civilized service facility in the country’s public civilized service system. These civilized service facilities have multiple goals, can carry out multiple tasks, can organize various activities, and implement social teaching tasks and tasks is one of their abilities. ”[[2]]

The National Library was renamed in 2006, Jingli Civilization Education and Training Department in 2011. As a social teaching department, we will set up lectures, teaching training groups, editors, and exhibitions. The National Library holds exhibitions, organizes public welfare lectures, and conducts the “National Library Wenjin Book Award” evaluation, organizes the “National Library Reading Week”, and undertakes the compilation of “Hundred Classics of Excellent Traditional Civilization of China” Projects and other colorful measures, [[3]] undertake their social teaching skills and promote the creative transformation and innovative development of China’s excellent traditional civilization. Taking lecture activities as an example, the National Library has formed a national picture lecture forum, a national picture public course, a Wenjin lecture forum, a Wenjin lecture forum, a Wenjin book Shalong, and an artist lecture forumNearly 20 sub-brands or series of lectures, including scientist lectures, teachers lectures, and entrepreneur lectures. Among them, the lectures on the “Handling of Women” by Wenjin, the lectures on historical civilization of the departmental leaders and cadres, the lectures on Chinese classics and civilization series, etc., which have taken the excellent traditional civilization of China as important content, not only won the honor of “Central National Association Exhibition Learning Brand”, but also received deep appeal and influence from all walks of life in society for the content they provide. According to the survey, “The readers of the National Library have the highest demand for lectures on literature, history and philosophy, with 87.4% of the respondents selected the article.” [[4]] The authors conclude the lecture situation of the National Library in 2018. The topics related to the themes of traditional civilization accounted for as much as 70% of the 188 lectures throughout the year. [[5]] Only the series includes “Gezhi·Kaogong·Ruleflow-China Modern The lectures of famous masters in major scientific and technological inventions, “Reading the Ancient·Recommending·Innovation—Remembering the 120th anniversary of the reign of the famous masters of modern Chinese history in Beijing”, “Salutes of Classics·Adhering to the Four Classics”, Twenty-Four Historical Study Series, Chinese Modern Material Civilization Series, and “Children’s Mongolian Civilization” Series, almost 10 topics, including the lectures of all aspects of the excellent traditional civilization of China.
The various public library of provinces, cities and counties also carried out a variety of traditional civilization teaching activities at any time. The Jilin Provincial Library will promote traditional civilization reading and promote traditional civilization reading and bring traditional civilization into regular services. By opening civilized lectures, organizing book reading meetings, and building “life bookrooms”, we will provide energy-based gifts to the vast majority of people and spread traditional civilization. [[6]] The Heilongjiang Provincial Library has created the excellent traditional civilization teaching base for the “Longjiang Book Academy”, and has established public welfare courses such as “Ancient Poems” and “Analysis of “Speech”” to train thousands of students and parents, and has established a new and outstanding traditional civilization service brand and service form throughout the province. [[7]] The Xixi Provincial Library has established the “National Museum”, and through the theme activities with diverse situations, rich content, etc., such as national lectures, national salons, and national forums, we strive to inherit and promote the excellent traditional civilization of China.
